.1 Free Shipping Threshold
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding the value of Rs. 1499/-. This means that you can enjoy free shipping on your entire order when you spend Rs. 1499/- or more.

2. Shipping Fee for Orders Under Rs. 1499
For orders valued under Rs. 1499/-, a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 200 will apply. This fee helps us to cover the costs of shipping and handling your order.

3. Order Cut-off Time
To ensure timely dispatch, we have an order cut-off time of 4:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed by this time will be promptly dispatched on the same day via our trusted Registered Courier Service.

4. Next-Day Dispatch
Orders received after 4:00 PM (PST) will be dispatched on the following business day. This ensures that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

5. Processing on Holidays
Please note that orders submitted on Sundays and Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the subsequent working day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

6. Estimated Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time ranges from 2 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays). However, during peak shopping seasons or our mega sales events, delivery may take up to 5 working days. We work hard to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible.

7. Delivery Address
We are committed to delivering your order to the address specified by you during the checkout process. Please ensure that the address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues. Regrettably, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
